Paddle Prep Program – Beginners

This is a practical 2 – 3 hour program that is designed for people new to paddling. This short program is designed to make people better, safer paddlers. Topics covered include

  • Safety equipment available and it’s use
  • Paddling skills; forward, backward, stop and sweeps
  • Rescues; personal and buddy
